Template with layout for digitally accessible documents

As a university, we are legally required to provide all our information in a digital accessible manner. Digital accessibility means that digital services and information are as usable by people with disabilities as they are by people without disabilities. More information on digital accessibility can be found on the intranet.

This template serves as the basis for digitally accessible documents. The downloadable zip file contains the template and a manual that helps create a digitally accessible document (.pdf). Using the template does not automatically mean that the document is also digitally accessible. You will have to take some actions yourself to create a good document.

The template contains paragraph styles according to the brand guidelines: think of (sub)headings, page numbering, table of contents, header and footer. Suitable for: report, project plan, policy document, reader, etc.
