Young Future Food Movement receives Playgound PlayGrant
€1,000 to develop food stall De Pit in the Educatorium.
On October 24, Paula Korn and Christina van Beek, members of the Young Future Food Movement, received a €1,000 PlayGrant cheque from Playground to further develop De Pit, their upcoming food stall in the Educatorium.
They plan to use the grant to invest in marketing materials, including signs and banners, as well as custom-made aprons featuring the De Pit logo.
The PlayGrant is a startup grant from Playground, the Utrecht University hub where students and PhD candidates bring their ideas to life. With coaching, funding, workshops, and a vibrant community, Playground offers all the support needed to experiment, grow, and start again.
“We’re really happy with this support,” say Paula and Christina. “It’s great to see our idea being appreciated.”
