Welcome, Class of 2027

University College Utrecht is excited to welcome the incoming Class of 2027, comprising 238 talented students from 57 nationalities.

Among them, 76% hold non-Dutch nationalities, with students coming from 52 countries across six continents. The top five nationalities represented are the Netherlands, USA, France, Germany, and Italy. This academically diverse class includes graduates from 225 high schools worldwide.

University College Utrecht is committed to helping students and their families have access to our institution through important initiatives like the UCU Rosemary Orr Scholarship Fund (formerly the UCU Fund). This year, we allocated scholarships to seven eligible first-year students, covering parts of their campus and tuition fees, enabling them to join our programme. 

Members of the Class of 2027 will benefit from UCU’s broad liberal arts education, with the opportunity to pursue personalized academic interests and an extensive list of both UCU and UU student-led committees and initiatives, enriching the campus with their diverse perspectives and experiences.
