Vacancy for University College Utrecht graduate: Temporary Curriculum and Housing support

We are looking for a recent University College Utrecht graduate with good administrative and accuracy skills to temporarily support our Curriculum and Housing teams. The job will be from late April until at least the end of June. 24-32 hours per week, flexible set-up.

Curriculum and Housing tasks

  • Adjustment and update of course outlines
  • Help carry out course registration lottery in Osiris
  • Update teacher bulletins and other teacher information
  • Update process manuals and intranet information
  • Help digitalize housing request forms
  • Other tasks that may arise within the Curriculum and Housing office
  • Other tasks that may arise to support any teacher needs

Your profile

You are preferably a recent University College Utrecht graduate. You have good administrative and accuracy skills, and you know your way with spreadsheets, and in Osiris. You have a hands-on mentality and are proactive. You will work mostly online, and once the situation allows, in College Hall, where our management and support staff are located.


We offer the following:

  • A temporary flexible hour contract (i.e. no fixed hours). The expected workload is 24-32 hours a week for the entire contract. Please note that only candidates with an EU-nationality or, if you are a non-EU citizen, a valid Dutch working permit, are eligible for the position.
  • Start date: immediate. End date: 1 July 2020.
  • Salary: Grade 6 on the University salary scheme. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
  • You will be employed through Topselect (see the Topselect terms of employment on their website)
