Two-day Conference in honour of the 80th birthday of prof. G. ‘t Hooft on 27 and 28 August

To honour the occasion of the 80-th birthday of Gerard `t Hooft, the Institute for Theoretical Physics and the Department of Physics at Utrecht University, in collaboration with the Dutch Research School of Theoretical Physics, are organizing a two-day conference. 

The program features talks by internationally renowned speakers, including Gerard himself, spanning the breadth of topics that Gerard has worked on and is working on.

The conference dinner is the festive highlight, and will be closed by a piano performance by Rakhat-Bi Abdyssagin.
