Trump versus the constitution: a question of checks and balances

The doubts about the competence and trustworthiness of the current American President grow by the day. Is the American democracy resilient enough to withstand a President who shows a disregard of the constitution and the rules of parliamentary democracy? How will this end?

Mallory Compton researches Public Governance and Management at Utrecht University. She answers a few questions about four scenarios:
