Transforming Infrastructures for Sustainable Cities launches seed money call
Are you doing research on cities and infrastructures at Utrecht University and are you looking for initial funding to collaborate with researchers from other disciplines and faculties? The research hub Transforming Infrastructures for Sustainable Cities of Pathways to Sustainability invites applications for seed funding that reflect an innovative approach in exploring urban sustainability transformations through the lens of technical infrastructures, like water, energy, mobility, communication, waste and energy.
With the seed money fund, the research hub intends to encourage the development of new research ideas, facilitate new internal and external collaborations, bring together researchers across the faculties of Utrecht University and foster new ways of achieving research impact. By connecting our knowledge and collaborating with stakeholders in transdisciplinary settings, the hub aims to explore and provide sustainable infrastructure solutions for cities of the future. Our ambition is to investigate and test practices that help transform cities and their infrastructures in a sustainable way.
