The Utrecht Young Academy creates two videos to celebrate their five-year anniversary

The Utrecht Young Academy (UYA) celebrates its five-year anniversary. To celebrate this, the first-generation members of UYA have created a lustrum video. Additionally, the UYA has made a video with Utrecht University for the Dies Natalis.

In the lustrum video, UYA members reflect on the past five years. They highlight interesting and impactful projects and developments, and share their perspective on the ‘UYA method’.

The UYA anniversary was also highlighted at the Utrecht University Dies Natalis. For this event, the UYA collaborated with the university to create a video that introduced and celebrated the UYA. The theme of this year’s Dies Natalis, ‘Curious Collaborations’, fits the UYA well. Three themes were emphasized in the video: why the UYA was created, the VMBO vlog project, and one of the CUCo projects that involves members of the UYA and other universities.
