Prof  Bob de Graaff (History of International Relations) states in the TEDTalk that privatization or individualization of intelligence is already well under way and it will have major consequences for society and you. Intelligence has not only become public and private, it is also political. Knowledge is power and therefore very much depends on how that power will be used.
