On 17 September 2018, Future Food is launching the sixth edition of free Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) 'Unraveling solutions for future food problems'. The course is offered on the Coursera platform.
Did you miss the launch of the first Future Food MOOC? No worries. Coursera, will offer this course two more times in 2018.
The course lasts five weeks and focuses on two themes: food shortage and healthy choices, each taking up two weeks of the course. The last week is reserved for an interdisciplinary assignment where students can integrate all their acquired knowledge and insights with their own opinion. Researchers from different disciplines at Utrecht University contribute to this course. This offers an excellent opportunity to look at current world food problems from an interdisciplinary point of view. Watch the trailer and visit the course page to register!
Start dates in 2018:
