Seline Trevisanut at EU Parliament on the obligation to rescue people at sea

Prof. Dr. Seline Trevisanut will present before the European Parliament on the “Scope of the obligation of rescue at sea: who and when?”.

The presentation will be delivered before the European Parliament in a meeting entitled “May-day: Rescue at sea in danger”. It will be held in Brussels on 19^th March 2019.
