Rozemarijn Roland Holst presented a paper at the conference ‘Protecting Community Interests under International Law: Challenges and Prospects for the 21st Century’, organised by the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights at the University of Oslo on 3 June. From the perspective of the law of the sea, her paper focussed on the relationship between community interests and sovereignty in the light of contemporary challenges in ocean governance.
