Research on your own teaching: 10 interesting poster presentations

On Thursday 6 March 2025 we have come together at the OnderwijsFestival to celebrate the Education at the UU. Integrated in the day’s programme, there was attention for research on teaching and learning, or Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.

Together with teachers, staff, and students, we exchanged knowledge and opened discussions. A workshop by Anneke van Houwelingen and Rik Vangangelt, as well as a Q&A, moderated by Bald de Vries and supported by Renske de Kleijn, Carlijn van den Boomen, Irma Meijermans and Emanuel van Dongen, showed the possibilities within the research on higher education, which ethical dilemmas one could encounter as a teacher and researcher, and they gave an introduction on Educational Scholarship, e.g. how to set up your own research on education and educational practices.
