This year, following the recommendations of the Taskforce Student Welfare, Utrecht University is organizing the UU-wide "Wellbeing Week" from 6 to 10 May. This week's goal is to provide students with tools to deal with performance pressure and stress.
From 6 until 10 May, there are all kinds of free activities at the University around your well-being. You can come and work out, meditate, work on your writing skills or improve your time management. We organize painting, dance and singing workshops and there is room for silence and cooking and eating together. In addition, there are lectures, coaching sessions and a large theater performance. We kick off Monday 6 May with a mega-yoga session at 11 am in the Janskerk on the Janskerkhof.
