Register now for the OnderwijsFestival on 6 March 2025

On Thursday 6 March, the annual OnderwijsFestival will again take place. This event is the stage for the UU education community to come together, exchange ideas and knowledge about the quality and latest developments in education, and celebrate education at UU together.

It promises to be another vibrant day, with a rich programme full of workshops, inspiration sessions, relaxation and entertainment. Of course, there will be plenty of room for meeting and exchanging with colleagues while enjoying delicious bites and drinks in a festival atmosphere. Even in this difficult time of budget cuts, we look forward to coming together as an educational community and continuing to find and inspire each other. Naturally, the annual winners of the Teacher Awards and the UU Team Award will be announced on this day. And every year there is a special focus on projects that bridge the gap between our education and the (educational science) knowledge about that education.

This year, there is an overarching theme: the personal and professional development of students and staff at UU. This includes topics such as socialisation, resilience or academic freedom.

You don't want to miss this day! Secure your spot by registering now, indicating only whether you plan to attend in the morning, afternoon or all day and whether you will participate in the lunch and drinks. The OnderwijsFestival is organised by the Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning, for and by teachers, (teaching) staff and students who are interested in or work in the field of education and will take place in the University Hall (Academiegebouw).
