Ancient Greece or Rome, people getting together

Viktorija Morozovaite LLM presented a working paper co-written with Prof. mr. dr. Anna Gerbrandy titled “Should political micro-targeting be a competition law concern?” at the annual STS Conference Graz 2021 on the 4th of May.

In this paper, by zooming into the phenomenon of political microtargeting, they explored a question of whether and how should a legal field concerned with curbing the negative effects of market power deal with the effects of composite power of big technology companies that spill into the economic, social and public spheres.
