In September a group of research funders launched Plan S, a plan to mandate Open Access from 2020 onwards based on ten principles. There has been much response from the research community, for instance at a KNAW meeting and in a statement from the Global Young Academy.
The coalition behind Plan S has now published their implementation guidance providing more detail on the exact rules and guidelines that researchers will have to adhere to when receiving funding from Plan S signatories. This guidance is open for feedback until February 1st.

Utrecht University Library will organise a meeting, offering researchers an opportunity to discuss the implementation guidance and potentially provide a forum from which researchers can organize their feedback.
