To celebrate Utrecht University's lustrum, we open the gates of the Botanic Gardens for four special outdoor cinema evenings. Find your spot among the plants, spread out your blanket and let yourself be inspired by a film that brings together nature, science and imagination.
This summer, Utrecht University Botanic Gardens open their gates for a unique outdoor cinema experience. The programme features films in which animals, plants and nature take centre stage, each preceded by a short introduction. Films that move, amaze and invite you to see the world from a different perspective. Discover the programme below and book your ticket in advance.
Practical Information
We kindly ask you to bring your own blanket, chair or inflatable mat to sit on during the film. A bar will be open during the break and one free drink is included with every ticket.
