New teacher development offer from September 2024

With the end of the current academic year in sight, we are already looking ahead to the development opportunities in the new year. Once again, the Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning (CAT) will organise interesting workshops throughout the year.

The planning for the entire year 2023-2024 is almost complete, but for now, you can already sign up for a number of sessions. For example, start the new year with a workshop on how to effectively supervise theses, on how you can be a coach for your students as a teacher, or on digital assessment.

Furthermore, you can attend sessions aimed at gaining insight into your qualities as a teacher, and sessions on motivation from the perspective of the self-determination theory, activating learning activities you can apply in your teaching, the evaluation and integration of scientific work in various disciplines, and learning analytics.
