New book: Strengthening International Fisheries Law in an Era of Changing Oceans

The book Strengthening International Fisheries Law in an Era of Changing Oceans, edited by Erik J. Molenaar and Richard Caddell was published in early April by Hart Publishing.

The book contains 18 chapters on a range of issues of international fisheries law, grouped together in three Parts (Identifying Future Regulatory Challenges: Science, Law and Management; The Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management; and Compliance and Enforcement). Chapter 6 “Participation in Regional Fisheries Management Organizations” with written by Erik J. Molenaar and he also co-authored chapters 1 and 18 with Richard Caddell.
