Life Long Learning: starting points for post academic education
Our quickly changing society demands ‘lifelong learning’. Utrecht University is trying to enhance its postgraduate offering. How can it be designed to appeal to potential participants? A vision on the target audience and on the didactic approach of postgraduate education is necessary.
In this article in Thema six Utrecht researchers present their vision. Their starting points: postgraduate education must be innovative and stay up-to-date by interacting with professionals, it must be aligned with the experiences and learning questions of professionals and must be offered in a learning community.
