Law of the Sea Moot Court Competition

The Netherlands Institute for the Law of the Sea (NILOS) proudly presents the first edition of the International Law of the Sea (ILOS) Moot Court Competition.

Universities from all over the world are welcome to participate in the first moot court simulating proceedings under Part XV of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. The competition will be a unique opportunity to discuss fascinating issues of the law of the sea, but also to engage with the many procedural facets of international dispute settlement.
