Elisabetta Manunza on integrity in public procurement

According to Elisabetta Manunza, professor of International and European Public Procurement Law and co-founder and -director of UUCePP, integrity in public procurement is a theme that receives insufficient attention.

In an interview with Vakblad Asset Management, she argues why we must discuss integrity. A selection of her recommendations: contracts should be less complex and Dutch contracting authorities should cooperate more intensively with ‘bureau Bibob’.
