Call for Papers: Machine Learning for Healthcare (MLHC) 2026
The Machine Learning for Healthcare Conference (MLHC) invites submissions for its 2026 edition, taking place August 12–14, 2026 in Baltimore, USA.
MLHC focuses on generalizable insights about machine learning in healthcare, bringing together machine learning researchers, clinicians, statisticians, implementation scientists, ethicists, and policy experts.
Submissions are invited to two tracks:
Research Track
- Archival papers (10–15 pages)
- Published in the Proceedings of Machine Learning Research
Clinical Abstracts Track
- Short, non-archival abstracts (~2 pages)
- Intended for early-stage work and clinical insights
All submissions are double-blind reviewed, and accepted papers will be presented at the conference.

- Paper submission deadline: April 17, 2026
- Review period: April 17 – May 15, 2026
- Author rebuttal: June 1 – June 15, 2026
- Decisions announced: July 3, 2026

Researchers working on machine learning methods, clinical applications, evaluation, fairness, safety, and implementation of AI in healthcare are encouraged to submit.
