Anouschka van Leeuwen winner of SURF Education Award 2024

Anouschka van Leeuwen, assistant professor Educational Sciences and project leader of the team Learning Analytics, won one of the SURF Education Awards during the SURF Education Days. With this annual award, educational innovators who make a major contribution to educational innovation with IT are put in the spotlight.

Anouschka van Leeuwen is praised as a connector in learning analytics, with influence at the local, national, and international levels. Together with her Learning Analytics team, she develops policies and infrastructure to support data projects within Utrecht University.

Her dedication and commitment give learning analytics a secure place in education and make it relevant to everyone working on educational improvement.
