Academic and professional knowledge and skills
This Master’s programme is set up to guide you in the best possible way with your career search. By offering first theoretical knowledge mixed with real life examples by guest lecturers followed by an increasing amount of time spend in and for companies applying the knowledge, you get hands on experience. This experience helps you to explore the different challenges organisations and sectors face while transforming towards sustainable innovation and production as well as it will give you your first topics for your own CV.
On completion of the Master, you will be able to:
- demonstrate substantial knowledge of sustainability and businesses;
- select and apply corporate sustainability tools and initiatives for making business more sustainable;
- demonstrate knowledge of business and sustainability practices;
- benefit from work-based experience; and
- demonstrate major business sustainability skills.

UU Careers Day
Once a year Utrecht University organises a Careers Day. The Careers Day offers the opportunity to sign up for workshops and trainings, and to meet recruiters at the careers fair. It’s also possible to join a job application training or have your resume checked.
