Degree from a Dutch university of applied sciences (hbo)
This page outlines the step-by-step process for completing your application to a Master's programme at Utrecht University. Please read this information thoroughly before starting your application.
You can become admissible to this programme if you have completed the minor B&O-plus alongside your degree at a Dutch University of Applied Sciences (hbo). This minor is specifically designed for hbo students who want to apply for a master’s programme at Utrecht School of Governance (USG).
More information on registration, the courses and admission to the minor can be found on this website (only in Dutch):

Utrecht University does not offer a Pre-Master’s programme for this Master’s programme. As stated under the entry requirements, you need to have completed the B&O-plus minor programme alongside your hbo-programme in order to be admissible to the Master's programme.
