Under Pressure: Exploring the Window of Tolerance
This interactive workshop explores how stress affects the way we think, feel, and act; especially when we are balancing exams, deadlines, our start-up (ideas) or other responsibilities.
Using the Window of Tolerance concept, you will learn how the nervous system responds to pressure, why we can move into states of overwhelm or shutdown, and what helps us return to a more grounded and regulated state.
The session combines accessible theory with reflection and practical tools. Rather than approaching stress as something purely negative or as a personal weakness, this workshop invites you to understand stress as information: a signal that can help us notice our limits, patterns, and needs earlier.
The aim is to build more self-awareness, resilience, and a healthier way of dealing with pressure and recovery in student life and beyond.
