Transactional Talk: Cooperation between the EU and the US in Public Procurement
The European Union and the United States are the largest public procurement markets in the world. Too often, however, they have failed to share lessons learned in order to reduce regulatory barriers between the two markets. For this Transactional talk – organised by UUCePP and IOS platform The Transactional State – Professor Christopher Yukins will join us to discuss important areas of potential cooperation between the EU and the United States.
Christopher Yukins is the Lynn David Research Professor in Government Procurement Law at George Washington University's Government Procurement Law.
