Taste & Test Tapas evening (FFU Food Week- Faculty Club)

Discover the story behind your foodchoices

to

On Tuesday 14 April, we are hosting a tasting evening where food, curiosity and science come together. Enjoy a selection of delicious tapas while discovering how and why we make certain food choices.

Through playful taste tests and interactive questions, you will explore the connection between taste, health and sustainability. Taste, test, and uncover the story behind your choices.

Food researcher Leonie Barelds from the Louis Bolk Institute, where she studies healthy and sustainable food choices, will guide the evening and share her insights while you taste and explore the dishes yourself. Expect an inspiring evening filled with good food, conversation, and new discoveries.
