The annual IWPLMS conference will explore how to strengthen labour market institutions and construct policies that can improve job quality, build inclusive labour markets, and develop genuine social market economies. This year's conference will take place in Utrecht and is organized by the Utrecht University School of Law.

The International Working Party on Labour Market Segmentation (IWPLMS) is dedicated to understanding the processes shaping inequality and segmentation in labour markets. It adopts a multi-disciplinary, dynamic and comparative institutional theoretical perspective in analysing change over time and differences across countries.
