We are proud to announce a one-day symposium Nudging Healthy Food Choices on 8 February 2018 on the latest breakthrough insights on food nudging, featuring world-renowned speakers Gareth Hollands, Maggie Geuens, Marije Vogelzang & Charles Spence.
This symposium is organized to mark the completion of the NUDGIS research project, examining the effectiveness of nudges to promote healthier food choices by consumers. The project is part of a consortium including Utrecht University, Wageningen University, Unilever and FrieslandCampina.
