Nudging Healthy Food Choice

Can we “nudge” consumers to select and like healthy foods with decreased sugar, salt, fat and/or calories? How to best go about this?

We are proud to announce a one-day symposium Nudging Healthy Food Choices on 8 February 2018 on the latest breakthrough insights on food nudging, featuring world-renowned speakers Gareth Hollands, Maggie Geuens, Marije Vogelzang  & Charles Spence.

This symposium is organized to mark the completion of the NUDGIS research project, examining the effectiveness of nudges to promote healthier food choices by consumers. The project is part of a consortium including Utrecht University, Wageningen University, Unilever and FrieslandCampina.

Highlights of the symposium:

  • Keynotes by Gareth Hollands, Charles Spence, Maggie Geuens and Marije Vogelzang
  • Showcasing findings from project NUDGIS
  • Demo’s and an interactive session

Please note that registration is at full capacity.  You can email to NudgisSymposium2018@uu.nl to be placed in a waiting list in case of cancellations.
