GenAI: How and what do you communicate with students about?

This session will be hosted in Dutch.

It is important for students to know what is expected of them when using Generative AI. How do you discuss this with students? How do you help them become AI-literate? How do you design your learning activities so that they encourage reflection rather than ‘cognitive offloading’? 

In this workshop, you will gain context and tools to communicate effectively with students about the use of GenAI in their education. We offer various template presentations for you, as a lecturer, to discuss with students how they can use GenAI in a responsible and effective manner. 

This workshop is the second in a series of three AI workshops. It is preceded by Getting started with GenAI and followed by Make your assessments AI-resilient. We recommend attending all three workshops in this order.
