Future Food

Food of and in the future

How can we feed the ever-increasing world population in healthy ways without exhausting the Earth and how can we let humans make healthy choices? It's not just about how we produce food, but also about the psychology behind making food choices and the way we handle food. Scientists who work within the theme Future Food at Utrecht University research this issue from multiple angles. All kinds of social organisations have this matter high on the agenda as well. During this day, you can acquaint yourself with a wide range of ideas and research into our food as it will be in the future.

You can attend several lectures, there are guided tours and there is an information market with a wide range of presentations.
