Faculty Club - World Bee Day Excursion – Visit to the apiary
On Wednesday 20 May, during World Bee Day, we warmly invite you to join us for a special excursion to the Utrecht University Botanic Gardens and discover the fascinating world of bees up close.
At the apiary, you will take part in a guided tour where you will learn more about the life of bees, their crucial role in our food systems, and why these remarkable pollinators are so important for biodiversity and healthy ecosystems.
After the tour, there will be plenty of time to continue the conversation over drinks and snacks. Naturally, these will include a playful nod to bees — with small dishes featuring honey.
Join us for an inspiring afternoon that brings together nature, knowledge and good company.
