Faculty Club: March Club Night - Road to Milan

On Thursday 5 March, our Club Night will focus on Italy and sport as a powerful means of connection. Inspired by the Winter Olympics in Milan, we will explore how sport brings people together – from the Paralympic podium to the local playing field around the corner.

An evening full of encounters, inspiration and Italian atmosphere. The musical accompaniment will be provided by Django's Tigers, who will provide warm sounds with a Mediterranean touch. Of course, Italian flavours will not be missing: enjoy refined snacks, a good glass of wine and typical Italian drinks such as a refreshing Aperol Spritz.

Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to join us for a delicious daily special in an Italian atmosphere. We will conclude with authentic Italian coffee for those who are interested (the daily special is optional and requires a reservation).

Programme:  

• 5.00 – 7.00 pm: Happy Hour with Italian Aperitivo & Live Music with Italian Vibes (drop-in welcome)
• 6.00 – 6.20 pm: Inspiring Talk: Sport with Impact – Connecting Through Sport: from Elite to Community, from Olympic to Paralympic
• 7.15/7.30 – 9.00 pm: March Daily Special – Be surprised by an Italian-style daily meal and enjoy conversations with colleagues, alumni, and guests (by reservation)
• 9.00 pm: End of the evening

Practical information

The cost of the daily meal is €17.50 per person, including Italian-style snacks from the club. Drinks can be purchased at the bar during the evening. During Happy Hour, drinks are half price.
