Dynamics of Youth Meet-Up about Neurodiversity
Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and giftedness: all forms of neurodiversity. Research in this field has significantly increased over the past twenty years. Do you also research neurodiversity? Or does it pique your interest? Come to the Meet-Up and meet colleagues from various disciplines. On April 8.
The meet-up starts with five short presentations from researchers who approach neurodiversity from different disciplines. A dynamic roundtable discussion will follow this. Would you like a chance to win €5000 in research funding? During the meet-up, you will get the opportunity to brainstorm together on an interdisciplinary research proposal around neurodiversity. After the meet-up, you will have three weeks to work together to develop and submit a proposal. The winners will be determined by a draw. Meet new people, explore collaborations, and develop an idea!
This DoY Meet-Up is organised by the Thriving and Healthy Youth community.
Over de DoY Meet-Ups
The DoY Meet-Up is a collaboration of all DoY communities. We exchange perspectives from different disciplines and provide space for new collaborations to emerge and existing ones to strengthen. The DoY Meet-Up takes place on the first Tuesday of the month from 15:30 to 17:30 and consists of two parts: the first is mainly content-focused, aimed at sharing knowledge and ideas, and the second is mainly social, aimed at networking. Each DoY Meet-Up is hosted by a community and is open to anyone who feels connected to DoY, the topic, or the activity.
(Also) interested in participating in the subsequent DoY Meet-Ups? You are very welcome. The next DoY Meet-Ups are scheduled for Tuesday, April 8th, May 6th and June 3rd.
