DoY on Tour: Faculty of Science
Learn more about our plans for 2017-2020, concerning the interdisciplinary cooperation between all seven faculties on the topic of child development. We are in the process of creating the hub ChildResearchCenter, a focal point for our innovative and cross-disciplinary research:
- in which various research groups (brain and cognition, individual-psychological and socio-cultural approaches) cooperate with societal partners and campus partners in six thematic projects that will be initiated;
- in which a durable, shared infrastructure for ICT, data and lab facilities is under construction;
- and where we work on a research agenda that is eligible for national and international funding.
We invite you to join us and discover the possibilities Dynamics of Youth has to offer. This meeting is also a good opportunity to ask questions, share your ideas about the future of Dynamics of Youth and meet other members of our community.
Furthermore, a demonstration of the motion capture lab is part of the programme: here, people's body motions are captured and transferred to virtual avatars, with the aim of developing games that can help solve societal challenges.
