In this workshop, you will learn how to initiate and be a facilitator of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion conversations for your team and colleagues, by using the prompts of the Dilemma Game. Lunch is in included.

Preparation

Have you ever experienced a situation at work in which in was unclear what to say or how to act? Those are "dilemma's" we would like to enrich the Dilemma Game with!

If you have experienced a dilemma, please bring a short description of the situation you experienced to the workshop and 2 or 3 options that describe different behaviours that you (or other people involved in that situation) could have had.

Safe space

We want this training to be a place for everyone to be themselves and speak up about difficult topics. Do you have an unpopular opinion or do you feel your perspective is not "politically correct" or wouldn't be shared by the rest of the group? This workshop is for you, please do join! We would love to have a variety of perspectives in the room.
