Booster borrel

We are thrilled to invite you to the upcoming ‘Booster borrel’, an exciting event aimed at strengthening the collaboration between Child Health (UMCU) and Dynamics of Youth (UU). This is your chance to connect with fellow researchers and societal partners and take your work to the next level.

As part of the event, we will be awarding Booster Grants through a fund and engaging lottery draw! By the end of the event, four lucky winners will each secure an immediate €20.000 funding commitment to support their research.

Now here is the catch:

• Each project submitted to the lottery must involve at least one researcher from Child Health (UMCU), one researcher from Dynamics of Youth (UU), and one societal partner. Examples of societal partners include, but are not limited to, sports clubs, patient organizations, Center for Youth and Family (CJG), 1^st line care organizations, foundations dedicated to children and youth, schools, municipalities, or provinces.
• Proposed projects for the lottery must be submitted in person, and at least one representative from each organization involved - CH researcher (UMCU), DoY researcher (UU), societal partner - must be present at the Booster borrel.
• We can only accommodate 60 colleagues at the Booster borrel. So, be sure to secure your spot and register as soon as possible.

Of course, there will also be plenty of time to meet or deepen your relationships with researchers who share your passion for pushing the boundaries of research by crossing boarders. It’s a chance to meet like-minded, potential collaborators who can accelerate the interdisciplinarity of your research.
