The keynote lecture and Q&A, presented by Professor dr. José van Dijck, will address the topic 'How to govern digital societies? A geopolitical perspective on digital infrastructures and democracy.'

José van Dijck is a distinguished university professor at Utrecht University and is the former president of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences. She received an honorary doctorate from Lund University, and in 2022, was awarded the Spinoza Prize, the highest academic award in Dutch academia.
