Timeline residence permit application
Below you will find a timeline of when to expect what regarding the residence permit.
| Feb start | Sept start | What |
| Second week of October | Second week of May | You can start uploading your documents in Osiris Online Application. You will be notified via e-mail once the application process is open. |
| November 15 | June 15 | Deadline to submit your application and pay your fee |
| December/January | July/August | The IND takes two to five weeks to reach a decision. You will be notified of the decision via e-mail. If you need an entry visa, you can go to a Dutch embassy or consulate near you to pick it up once you have received a positive decision from the IND. |
| February | September | Arrival in the Netherlands! You will be sent information via e-mail about the following appointments:
