Do you have questions about teaching? Teaching Support is a new helpdesk where all UU teachers of all types of education (regular, but also, for example, post-initial and PhD) can go with their teaching questions and where all the knowledge of the partners in the Centre for Academic Teaching is bundled.
Teaching Support can be reached via email@example.com or 030-2532197, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
You will be assisted by a teacher assistant who can help you directly or who knows exactly who can help you with your question. You will then be referred immediately. The aim is that you will be helped by the right person/expert on the same day. Teaching Support is a joint service of the partners in the Centre for Academic Teaching.
In case of immediate, technical problems in a lecture room, call 030-2539595.
Temporary extra support
Until 1 July 2021, temporary extra student assistants are available to provide support to lecturers in giving and setting up education, setting up tooling, as moderators for the chat, making a knowledge clip in the DIY studio and other basic tasks. Read more about the conditions.
