Community Hangout
Many Incluusion students live in asylum centers, where it can be difficult to find a quiet space to study. That's why we’ve created Community Hangouts—a regular gathering at the university where you can come together to study, work, or simply socialize.
We host these hangouts regularly at both the city centre and the Utrecht Science Park. There’s no set agenda—just drop by whenever you want (and feel free to bring fellow students or buddies!). Whether you’re looking for a calm space to study, collaborate with others, or just catch up, you’re always welcome.
Each Community Hangout provides a friendly, relaxed environment, and a member of the Incluusion Community Board or Team will always be there if you have any questions or just want to talk.

Host Your Own Events! 🎉
At the end of each Community Hangout, we encourage you to organize your own Student-led Events! For these small-scale events, we can assist with up to €50 to help fund your idea. Whether it's a game night, arts & crafts workshop, or a study group session—we're here to support you.
If you have a larger event in mind that requires more financial assistance (up to €200), there's a special date reserved at the end of the block for large-scale events. Just let us know, and we'll provide you with more details! 😊
If you're interested, send a short WhatsApp message to Thao and Hesham (+31634620279), and they'll help guide you through the process.
