Temporary Plaza Studios

  • Temporary furnished Plaza studio at USP

    • Eligibility: international UU degree or Exchange students
    • Rental period: until 3 August 2026 (early contract termination or extension not possible)
    • Rent: 667 euros per month including utilities
    • Deposit: +/- 908 euros
    • Location: Limapad, Utrecht Science Park
    • Facilities: furnished, self-contained studio with private kitchenette and bathroom
    • Rent allowance: possible under certain conditions. For more information, please visit the Dutch government's housing benefit webpage or the Dutch tax administration's webpage.
    • Apply: email us at StudentServices@uu.nl and include your student number and Limapad studio 1 in subject line (first-come, first-served).

  • Temporary furnished Plaza studio at USP

    • Eligibility: international UU degree or Exchange students
    • Rental period: until 3 August 2026 (early contract termination or extension not possible)
    • Rent: 822 euros per month including utilities
    • Deposit: +/- 1240 euros
    • Location: Limapad, Utrecht Science Park
    • Facilities: furnished, self-contained studio with private kitchenette and bathroom
    • Rent allowance: possible under certain conditions. For more information, please visit the Dutch government's housing benefit webpage or the Dutch tax administration's webpage.
    • Apply: email us at StudentServices@uu.nl and include your student number and Limapad studio 2 in subject line (first-come, first-served).
