Development programmes for temporary teachers
Utrecht University believes it is important to support all employees in their professional development. For you as a lecturer with a temporary contract there are also opportunities for further development during your time at UU. Naturally, this will happen by growing in your work. In addition, during your appointment you can also make use of the development opportunities offered by the UU. Some of these are particularly interesting for temporary lecturers. This development programme focuses on three themes: Didactics, General Skills and Career Development.
