Educational Scholarship and Research
Research into education involves investigating how we can improve and innovate our teaching. This enables us to educate students at Utrecht University even more effectively, preparing them for their role in society. In the Utrecht Education Model, we therefore place great importance on research into our teaching. This allows us to identify what we are doing well, where there is room for improvement, where the opportunities and possibilities lie for our teaching, and what is not working. It also contributes to your professional development, and we can share the research findings with other knowledge institutions so that they too can take steps to improve their teaching. In this way, we work together to ensure that our teaching remains of the highest quality!
