Venue rates for hire at the Botanic Gardens
We rent out the Garden Cafe after the Botanic Gardens close at 5pm. Fort View and Katsura tents are available from mid-May to mid-October and can be rented for the whole day or part of the day.

General
- For exact times or possible discounts, please contact us via botanische.tuinen@uu.nl. No discounts are applied to the use of the Stretch Tent.
- It is not possible to rent our spaces before 10:00 am. Setting up the room is possible 30 minutes before the start of the event. If the event starts at 10:00 am, the guests can enter the Botanic Gardens via our main entrance at 09:55 am.
- Packing up is possible up to 30 minutes after the end of the event.
- The rental of our venues is exempt from VAT.
- Additional charges may apply at weekends and in the evening, such as security, cleaning and BHV costs.
- Rental of La Tentina includes all-day access to the Gardens for all guests/participants, chairs, tables, some power points and Wi-Fi internet.
- Other items must be organised/rented by the booker.
- The rooms are arranged in standard setup. If you wish to have the room set up in your desired layout, an additional fee will be charged (€ 50,-).
- Sound boxes with wireless microphones and table flipovers can be used (free of charge) on request.
- Catering must be purchased from our in-house caterer Botanica via info@tuincafebotanica.nl.
