Garden Cafe
The Garden Cafe in the Entrance building of the Botanic Gardens is suitable for receptions and drinks. This space can be used from 5 PM (after the Gardens' closing time) and features a cosy bar and seating areas.
Availability
The Garden Cafe is available from Sunday 1 March 2026 until Sunday 13 December 2026.
Capacity
The room is in a standard café setup for 40 people. It is not possible to deviate from the standard set-up. In fine weather, you can also use the terrace.

Drinks receptions
You can hire the room at drinks receptions rate between 5 PM and 7 PM. Between 5 PM and 10 PM you can hire the room at evening rate. For more information or in case of any questions, please fill in the application form.

Catering
Our in-house caterer Botanica Catering provides the drinks in the Garden Cafe or barbecue at the terrace. Catering should be purchased by our in-house caterer and for a minimum of 25 people. Rachel de Groot and Berry Dirven of Botanica Catering will be happy to inform you about the possibilities for your event and make a personal offer. You can contact them for this yourself.
