Routing
The Botanic Gardens are are easy to reach when traveling by public transport, car or bicycle. They are located at Utrecht Science Park, in the heart of the University Campus approximately five kilometers from the center of Utrecht.
Main entrance
The main entrance is suitable for all visitors, especially when using a wheelchair or a stroller. Close to this entrance most facilities are available, such as designated disabled parking spaces, bycicle shed, catering with terrace, toilets, lockers and the museum store. The visiting address is: Budapestlaan 17, 3584 CD Utrecht.
Entrance Harvardlaan
Anyone with an online ticket, campus card, Friends pass, Museum card and an activated card of USP-partners has access to the Botanic Gardens through the entrance at the Harvardlaan. Our advice, when using this entrance, is to navigate to parking lot Olympos (P10) at the Uppsalalaan or P+R Utrecht Science Park. The best walking route then is down the Harvardlaan, turn left to the cycling path along the soccer field and walk on to the turnstile on the right.
Please note: This entrance is not suitable for wheelchairs, nor strollers.

Public transport
The Botanic Gardens are easily accessible from Utrecht Central Station by public transport. Navigate to the Padualaan stop: on weekdays, trams 20, 21 and 22 and bus 28 stop here, on weekends only bus 28.
By car
The nearest car parks at Science Park are P6, P9 or P10 (P+R Olympos); these are easiest to navigate to via Google Maps. Parking is free on weekends and costs €3 per hour on weekdays (max. €18 per day). Read this page for more information about parking at Utrecht Science Park.
